Since a few weeks our chatbot “ECI” is online!

Chatbots are dialog systems that process data based on artificial intelligence (AI), automated rules, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML). The goal is to facilitate customer communication. They take care of various concerns and provide the best possible answers to questions via chat.
