Head of Marketing (CMO)

Tasks

• Work with us to develop our corporate identity and reflect it in our brand design
• Develop a compelling brand story to captivate our target audience
• Grow our follower base by increasing our visibility
• Design and execute campaigns
• Plan and prepare for the “go live” phase

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn with us every day
• Strong creative vision and execution of ideas
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English & German
• Experience in content creation and digital marketing

• Analyze the competitive landscape and work out market dynamics
• Develop our brand architecture and shape the look and feel of the company
• Guide our thinking around target audiences
• Plan and execute campaigns

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn with us every day

• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s student (ideally aiming for full-time employment)
• Fluent in English & German
• Bonus: Experience in PR, digital campaigns and performance marketing
