We are pleased to announce that the final conference program is now available. The 6th Annual International Scientific-Practical Conference (ISPC 2026) is centered on the key theme “Digital and AI Management: Scientific Research and Practical Implementation”.

The two-day conference will take place on September 10 and 11, 2026, at FHNW in Windisch-Brugg and will be conducted as a hybrid event. The first day combines the E-Commerce Best Practice Day 2026 with scientific contributions and parallel thematic tracks. The second day features the main scientific program with ten parallel hybrid tracks.

September 10, 2026 serves as the practice-oriented kickoff of ISPC 2026. On this day, the E-Commerce Best Practice Day 2026 will take place. The program begins with admission and coffee starting at 08:30 AM and extends through to evening networking.

According to the current program schedule, the E-Commerce Best Practice Day includes 37 presentations from leading Swiss online retailers, companies, and FHNW research partners.

In parallel with the central e-commerce program, sessions dedicated to E-Commerce, AI & Agentic Commerce, and Marketplaces & Platforms are scheduled. Thus, the first conference day combines diverse perspectives on the digital retail world.

The second conference day forms the scientific focus of ISPC 2026. On Friday, September 11, 2026, ten parallel hybrid scientific tracks will take place.

The morning sessions run from 08:45 AM to 11:30 AM. Following the lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM, the afternoon sessions follow from 12:15 PM to 03:00 PM. Each presentation slot comprises 25 minutes including discussion.
