You are a small but fine team in Bonn and are looking for an executive assistant who will act as an extended arm of the management and will mainly take care of the organization of the day-to-day business.
For the next possible date we are looking for you as an assistant to the management (m/f/d) for our location in Bonn.
Your tasks
- Organization and coordination of management appointments
- Answering inquiries to the management
- Optimization and digitalization of workflows
- Creation and management of an internal knowledge database
- Communication interface with employees and external suppliers, such as the tax consultant’s office or freelancers
- Establishment and evaluation of key figure reporting
- Process owner for the target setting system OKR and monitoring of task progress
- Organization, moderation and follow-up of team meetings
- Preparation and follow-up of events and sales tasks
Our requirements
- Intrinsic motivation for our range of services and your tasks
- Completed training as an office administrator or similar preferred, comparable studies (e.g. Bachelor) also possible under certain conditions
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High affinity for digitalization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality, problem-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
